Background
This is a white colored strain of Bhut Jolokia, created by Jay Weaver. The shape and texture more closely resemble traditional Bhut Jolokia than other white Bhut strains.
Notes
The seeds for this came from Justin White of White Hot Peppers. Also, the pepper I reviewed, I learned later, could have ripened more. I picked it at the off-white creme phase, but it would have eventually turned a bright white.

Review
The pod thickish walls cut open, lots of little droplets of oil throughout. The flavor had muted hints of red Bhut Jolokia, a little citrusy and somewhat bitter. There were some upfront heat and hiccups, followed by some creeper burn that moved around, hitting the back of my throat.
