This is a white/cream colored strain of Bhut Jolokia.
Notes
The seeds for this came from Susan Garza, but she got them from a man named Herb. I don’t know the history of this strain beyond that.

Review
The pod had medium thick walls when cut open. It had a few seeds, not very many. It had a base chinensy type of aroma. The pod was crunchy and juicy. I got an immediate mouth burn when chewing, which spread out to my lips. Hiccups started right after swallowing. The flavor was not that great fresh, had a habby kind of flavor (the grocery store kind) with a little bit of base sweetness. The heat was not super hot, a little hotter than a habanero. Although not my favorite eaten fresh, it probably has some good application processed as flakes or sauce.
