Mr Hua 200 watt cob grow light update

This is a two months update on the Mr. Hua 200 watt cob grow light. The light does very well, but I think the specs are a little exaggerated, as far as coverage area, and light intensity they claim. The plants I’ve had under it have responded well though. They advertise it as a 600 watt, but the actual power draw is around 200 watts. You can see my video update with time-lapse below.

Chocolate Plague hot sauce review

I recently purchased a bottle of Chocolate Plague hot sauce from a jerky shop in Helen, GA. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was a limited run edition from Puckerbutt pepper company. This was made in collaboration with Steven McLaurin, who created the version of Chocolate Bhutlah featured in this hot sauce.

This one of the better tasting sauces I’ve had for the level of heat it brought. A little goes a long way, but the flavor is very good. You can taste the Chocolate Bhutlah, along with the vinegar which gives it a nice twang.

I did find it for sale on Amazon, much cheaper than I paid in the store.

This is a 10-week follow-up on the Sansi LED floodlight. It actually got two pepper plants to produce fruit in this time.

I just purchased the new 200 watt LED COB grow light from Mr. Hua. It has nice specs, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it does growing peppers. Currently, I have it over a couple Khang Starr crosses that I transplanted from small Kratky containers; a KhangSta Red and a StarrRacha Bonnet.
